Prisstine Systems (hereinafter referred to as “Prisstine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates through its digital platform/website Prisstine.in to empower businesses across India, MENA, and South Asia with robust Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability solutions. Our mission is to help organizations meet and exceed global sustainability benchmarks while building transparent, ethical, and resilient operations.

We specialize in providing end-to-end ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consulting services, with deep expertise in internationally recognized standards and certifications such as the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI), LME Responsible Sourcing, EcoVadis ratings, PSCI guidelines, Six Sigma methodologies, and more.

Our key offerings include:

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Products/Services”: The functionalities and offerings provided by Prisstine.
• “User”: Any individual or entity using the Services.
• “Account”: The registered profile of a User to access the Services.
• “Platform/Website”: The “Prisstine.in” platform/website through which Prisstine provides the Services.
• Confidential Information”: All non-public information disclosed by Prisstine or Users that is designated as confidential or that, given the nature of the information or circumstances surrounding its disclosure, should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

3. WHO MAY USE THE SERVICES

You may use the services provided by Prisstine if you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Business Professionals: Our services are available to a wide range of professionals and organizations committed to sustainability and responsible business practices. This includes, but is not limited to, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, sustainability officers, ESG and CSR professionals, compliance managers, procurement leads, supply chain experts, consultants, non-profit and NGO representatives, public sector officials, and other stakeholders engaged in advancing environmental, social, and governance objectives. Users may access our Platform to seek tailored ESG and CSR solutions, advisory services, reporting support, and implementation assistance in line with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms of Use.
3. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that they are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their country of use), and you hereby confirm that you meet this condition and are competent to contract.

4. ACCOUNT TERMS

ACCESS TO SERVICE

To access certain features of the Products/Services, Users must register and create an Account through book consultation section of the website/platform. During registration, Users agree to provide accurate, correct, and complete information about them as prompted by the registration form or book consultation section. You may be asked to choose a username and password to access or use the services of the platform. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the Account. If you added your phone number/email address to your account and you later change or deactivate that phone number/email address, you must update your account information to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who acquires your old number.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Compliance with Law

By accessing or using the Product/Services, the user agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Users acknowledges that it is their responsibility to understand and adhere to any laws relevant to your use of the Product/Services, including but not limited to laws related to data privacy, intellectual property, and online conduct. Users agree not to use the Product/Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose and to refrain from engaging in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws.

Conduct Restraint

Users must not use the Services/Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others.
• Distributing spam or other unsolicited communications.
• Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Prisstine systems’ or its networks.
• Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. PAYMENT

Prisstine Systems (“Prisstine”) does not act as a facilitator for transactions between users, nor do we enable or process payments through the Platform. All payments for our services are handled directly between Prisstine Systems and the user through standard billing methods.

We do not use third-party payment gateways or online processors for collecting service charges. Accordingly, Prisstine does not request or store any payment card details, OTPs (One-Time Passwords), CVVs, UPI PINs, or any other authentication-related information. Under no circumstances will Prisstine or any of its representatives ask you to share an OTP or verification code related to billing or payments.

Users are advised to make payments only against official invoices raised by Prisstine Systems and to remain vigilant while making financial transactions.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy and suitability of the services they choose. Prisstine shall not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions conducted outside of our official billing process.

7. CONTENT OF THE SERVICE

In addition to the registration process, as part of your use of the Platform/Website/Application, we may obtain certain information about you and your experience with the use of the services. Some of this information may be Personally Identifiable Information. We may use, maintain, and store this information to provide certain services to you now and in the future, and may share such information with our Vendors/Service Providers/Agencies or third parties in conjunction with such services or for the purpose of marketing.

You are responsible for your use of the Products/Services and for any content (including documents like Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Company details, Business details, etc.) you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others or Prisstine.

Under no circumstances Prisstine will be liable in any way for any data or other content viewed while using the Services, including any errors or omissions in any such data or other content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or other content.

Prisstine may investigate any complaints and violations that come to our attention and may take any action, in its sole discretion, including issuing warnings, suspending or disconnecting the Services on the platform, removing the applicable data or other content, terminating accounts or End User profiles, or taking other reasonable actions in its sole discretion.

Prisstine reserves the right to remove Content that violates this Term of Service/Use, including for example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.

8. Using the Services

Users agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service/Use. Users must not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website/Platform/Application, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited uses include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without Prisstine’s express written permission.
• Conducting any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, hacking, or spreading malware.

9. Your License to Use the Services

Prisstine grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product/Services for their intended purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms of Service/Use. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercialize any aspect of the Services.
• Make any derivative use of the Services or its contents.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

10. Misuse of the Services

Users must use Prisstine Systems’ services solely for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes related to ESG, CSR, and sustainability initiatives. Unauthorized access, data scraping, system probing, reverse engineering, or misuse of our tools, methodologies, or content is strictly prohibited. Any violation, including infringement of intellectual property or interference with other users’ access, may result in termination of services and legal action.

11. Deletion and Termination

1. Users who wish to discontinue use of Prisstine’s services may notify us in writing via the official contact channels provided on our website. Upon such notice, Prisstine will revoke access to any ongoing services and may delete any associated data, subject to legal or business requirements.
2. Prisstine reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at any time, at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) instances of non-compliance with these Terms of Use or any applicable laws.
3. Upon termination, the user must immediately discontinue all use of Prisstine’s services, materials, and resources provided in connection with the engagement.
4. Prisstine may retain certain data as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, indemnities, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

12. Non-Disclosure of Information

Users must not disclose any Confidential Information obtained from Prisstine or other Users through the Services/Products. Confidential Information includes but is not limited to, proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other information that is not publicly known. Users agree to protect and safeguard all Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care that they use to protect their own confidential information.

13. User Data

Prisstine will handle and protect Client’s data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, tools, reports, methodologies, and other resources provided through Prisstine Systems (“Prisstine”) or its website are the exclusive property of Prisstine or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use such content solely for internal business purposes related to ESG and CSR. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial use, or removal of proprietary notices without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Prisstine’s intellectual property may result in termination of services and legal action.

15. Representations and Warranties

The services and content provided by Prisstine Systems (“Prisstine”), including but not limited to assessments, reports, tools, methodologies, and website/platform materials, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prisstine disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Prisstine does not warrant that its website, content, or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided will meet your specific requirements or expectations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Prisstine shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Users acknowledge that Prisstine is not engaged in rendering legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and any reliance on materials or guidance offered by Prisstine is at the user’s sole discretion and risk. Prisstine makes no representations or warranties concerning third-party content, tools, or platforms that may be referenced, linked, or integrated into its offerings.

Use of the website/platform and related services implies that users accept full responsibility for any decisions or outcomes resulting from their use. Prisstine disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from reliance on the services, including loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

16. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prisstine, and any of its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, of third parties relating to or arising out of:

1. This Term of Service/Use or the breach of your warranties, representations, and obligations under these Terms of Service/Use;
2. The Website/Platform/Application content or your use of the Website/Platform/App content;
3. Any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity;
4. Your violation of any provision of this Terms of Service/Use; or
5. Any information or data you supplied to Prisstine. When Prisstine is threatened with suit or sued by a third party, Prisstine may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify Prisstine; your failure to provide such assurances may be considered by Prisstine to be a material breach of this Terms of Service/Use. Prisstine will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third-party claim related to your use of any of the Website/Platform/Application content or Products/Services, with counsel of Prisstine’s choice at its expense. Prisstine will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense. You will have sole responsibility to defend Prisstine against any claim, but you must receive Prisstine’s prior written consent regarding any related settlement. The terms of this provision will survive any termination of this Terms of Service/Use or your use of the Website/Platform/application and/or Products/Services.

17. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prisstine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Products/Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Products/Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

18. Third-Party Links

The Products/Services may contain links to third-party websites/Platform/Application and/or Products/services that are not owned or controlled by us. Prisstine has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users acknowledge and agree that Prisstine is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

19. Privacy

Prisstine values Users’ privacy and is committed to protecting their personal data. Our Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and share Users’ personal information. By using the Products/Services, Users consent to our collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

20. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service/Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
• Entire Terms of Service/Use: These Terms of Service/Use, along with the Privacy Policy and any other Terms of Service/Uses incorporated by reference, constitute the entire Terms of Service/Use between Users and Prisstine regarding the use of the Products/Services and supersede all prior Terms of Service/Uses and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
• Severability: In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service/Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service/Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
• Waiver: The failure of Prisstine to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service/Use shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision. No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service/Use shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Prisstine. The waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service/Use shall not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision or any other provision. The exercise of any right or remedy provided in these Terms of Service/Use shall be without prejudice to the right to exercise any other right or remedy.
• Changes to Service: Prisstine reserves the right to modify, suspend, amend, or discontinue the Products/Services at any time, with or without notice to Users. We may also update these Terms of Service/Use from time to time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Products/Services after changes have been posted will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
• No Class Action Suits: Users agree that any dispute resolution proceedings with Prisstine will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. User further agrees that you will not participate in any class action (existing or future) brought by any third party arising under these Terms of Service/Use or relating to the use of our product/services. Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Prisstine.

  • Response Time: We are committed to resolving your grievances in a timely manner. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve the issue within 30 days. In cases where further investigation is required, we will keep you informed about the progress and the expected time frame for resolution.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response or resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team at finance@prisstine.in.
